A roller measuring 230x100x28 for screed de-airing is an essential tool that ensures an excellent finish for concrete surfaces and self-leveling screeds. Why use a de-airing roller for screeds? Because it effectively removes air bubbles from the screed, preventing micro-damage and unevenness that could weaken the floor structure and affect its appearance. Proper de-airing results in a smooth surface, providing better adhesion for subsequent layers like tiles, parquet, or panels. Using a de-airing roller significantly increases the durability and strength of the substrate, eliminating the risk of air voids that could lead to cracks in the future. A roller with a width of 230 mm and a diameter of 100 mm, equipped with 28 mm spikes, is ideal for larger surfaces, allowing for quick and efficient work.
